10K yellow gold Victorian lavaliere featuring a coral cameo accented by a 2mm small paste stone and 6mm long freshwater pearl drop. The long oval carved cameo measures about 12mm x 6mm with the lavaliere measuring 1 3/4" long with bail. Includes a new 14K yellow gold 18" chain. The entire necklace weighs 1.18dwt and dates from the 1890's.
