10K yellow gold antique crescent pin featuring 8 round Montana blue sapphires and 8 seed pearls. The sapphires are graduated in size and measure about 2.3mm to 1.9mm. The sapphires have light sky blue to cornflower blue color. One of the blue stones is replaced, probably paste (the squarish one 3rd from right). The pearls are graduated as well and measure about 2mm to 1.6mm. The pin measures 1 7/8" long and 1/2" wide curve, weighs 1.54dwt. and dates from about 1900.
