Description

13K yellow gold Victorian seed pearl and diamond starburst pin. The pin measures 1 1/8" in diameter. There are about 48 tiny seed pearls measuring about 1mm-2mm. The seed pearls are cream to grey in color. There are 9 chunky European cut diamonds measuring about 1.5mm to 2mm. There is a folding bail to be worn as a pendant. The folding bail loop is getting thin. The pin weighs 2.88dwt and dates from the 1890's. It is unmarked and tests 13K which is not unusual for the period.
