Vintage 14K yellow gold ring with a large emerald cut amethyst weighing 5.79 carats. The amethyst measures about 12mm x 10mm and has medium purple color. The ring is 6.25 in size and weighs 2.24dwt. The ring dates from the 1940-50's with a new stone and 4 new prongs.
