10K rosey yellow gold Victorian opal and seed pearl starburst pin. It has a folding bail and can be worn as a pendant. There is an Australian opal set in the center and 32 tiny seed pearls in a swirl design. The round opal measures about 5mm and has blue-green play of color. There is a tiny chip on the edge. The pin measures 1" diameter and weighs 1.84dwt. It dates from the 1890's.
