9K yellow gold large Victorian lavaliere necklace. There are 2 oval amethysts. The drop is a darker purple color. There are 39 tiny seed pearls of varying sizes. The pendant measures about 1 1 2" long. The lavalier is connected to a 14K yellow gold crimped peanut style chain with 4 cultured pearls measuring about 4.5mm. The wearable length is about 17". The necklace weighs 2.77dwt. and dates from the 1890's with a newer but still vintage chain. There are 2 seed pearls missing, but we can replace.
