12K white gold filigree ring with a specialty cut synthetic ruby. The red stone measures about 15mm x 7mm. This is the original stone which has scratches. The ring fits a size 6.25 finger and weighs 1.70dwt. It dates from the 1920's. It looks like it is marked OB for Ostby & Barton and tests 12K.
